About: This national park features a historic hacienda that has been restored and transformed into a museum to educate visitors on its history and use. It is particularly infamous for its role in the Battle of Santa Rosa in 1856. It has many rooms as well as outdoor spaces and structures, including a monument dedicated to the heroes and soldiers who fought in the battle. There are several short trails, including the one that goes up small hill to the monument. All of the signage is in both English and Spanish. Camping is allowed and there is rustic accommodations for overnight stays.
