About: One of several options for waterfall hikes in the Bajos del Toro region, this property has trails leading to 7 different waterfalls, some smaller and some larger. It is self-guided, and the trail is steep and can get very muddy during the rainy season, so make sure to go as early in the day as possible. Other unique features this place offers include a pulley cart over a river, though you can also wade through the river if you choose, as well as a man-made slide that ends in a natural pool. Be careful to try to slow yourself down on the slide because it can go really fast and you can get some air if you’re not careful. There is a restaurant or you can bring your own food. They also have cabins for overnight stays.
