Cerro La Cruz

Posted on February 18, 2026January 4, 2026 by Ultimate Guide

About: This is a great hike to the top of a lone hill, allowing 360 degree views at the top. It is moderately short but steep, at 1.5 kilometers long. It is a little long to be a pit stop, but if you arrive early enough or don’t have a long drive, it could work. The peak is the perfect place for a picnic lunch, but there is little shade so on a sunny day, take extra care with sun protection. Alternatively, it is a great hike for a sunrise or sunset view.
