About: This is a great place for a flat hike in a rainforest. The trail is only about 1 km long, but it is recommended to go at a slow pace to appreciate all of the flora and fauna. You can see a wide variety of animals including sloths, monkeys, anteaters, pizotes, agoutis, caimans, frogs, insects, birds and more. There is a butterfly garden and a pond with the caimans. There are options for guided or self-guided tours, as well as day and night options. The night tour must be guided. There is a gift shop with a few snacks and drinks sold as well.

Tips: Definitely choose a guided tour if you want to see more wildlife. They are very good at spotting the wildlife that the average person does not see, in addition to being extremely informative about said wildlife and Costa Rica in general.
