About: This is one of many private properties in the Bajos del Toro region that gives you access to waterfalls. These trails, however, are the only ones that reach the spectacular Tesoro Escondido Waterfall. Along the way there are equally spectacular natural swimming pools to enjoy with their own smaller falls. The water is freezing but it is worth it to get in and enjoy this special place. There is also a hike up a hill to a viewpoint with a structure for taking pictures. There is a cool hanging bridge to cross at the beginning. They have a restaurant, bathrooms and showers, and a camping area.
