About: This is a famous landmark in Costa Rica and is seen when driving East on Route 32 from the city to Limon Province. It is a tunnel of about 600 meters through the mountains of Braulio Carrillo National Park. It is the only tunnel in the country. There is a place to pull off the road right before entering the tunnel, though there isn’t anything to do there.
