Copey Vinicola Tour de Vino

About: One of the few wineries in Costa Rica, they offer an educational tour of their vineyard as well as a wine tasting. They also produce an “uchuva,” or gooseberry, liquor that you can taste. The tasting includes 4 wines, only 1 of which is from Costa Rica and the other 3 are from California and Israel. The tasting also includes 2 ways to drink the gooseberry liquor. They have beautiful installations with even better views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

Tips: Children are allowed but are restricted to a specific time, and are of course given non-alcoholic beverages instead. Private tours and events are also available.
