Baldi Hot Springs

Posted on February 25, 2024February 9, 2024 by Ultimate Guide

About: 25 pools of differing temperatures from cold to very hot. 4 different slides and a kids water play area. Natural sauna. Pool bars, restaurants. Towels available with deposit. Lockers available for a fee.

Province: Alajuela

Starting from: La Fortuna

Time to reach from starting location: 8 minutes

Time needed for activity: as much as you want

Kid friendly: Yes

Wheelchair accessible: Yes

What to wear and bring: Swimsuit, sandals, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, hat

Tips: I recommend going in the afternoon after a morning activity so you can relax. Pay for the buffet or a-la-carte dinner and stay until the late evening for a different vibe. You can easily go back to your car so you don’t need to pay for lockers.
