About: This is a large hill in the area with a road circling up to the top where there is a small parking area. It has remnants of structures and some stairs you can climb up. It is not a well-maintained area, but rather ruins where locals go to hang out. There is graffiti and, unfortunately, there can be lots of trash. Also, there are a lot of spikes and nails to watch out for. You can spend time wandering around, or bring food to enjoy a picnic. It can be a nice place to enjoy views during the day or even for the sunset.
