Ecotermales Hot Springs

Posted on February 26, 2024February 9, 2024 by Ultimate Guide

About: 9 pools ranging in temperatures from cold to very hot. The day is split into two shifts for you to choose from. The early shift includes lunch and the late shift includes dinner. There are also 2 bars you can order drinks from directly from the pool. Showers, lockers and changing rooms are included.

Province: Alajuela

Starting from: La Fortuna

Time to reach from starting location: 8 minutes

Time needed for activity: as much as you want

Kid friendly: Yes, but these hot springs are definitely geared more towards adults.

Wheelchair accessible: Yes

What to wear and bring: Swimsuit, sandals, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, hat

Tips: I recommend doing an activity or two in the morning and early afternoon and then going to the hot springs to relax and have dinner and drinks in the evening.
