About: This recreational park located on the outskirts of Downtown Cartago is the perfect place to relax in a family environment. There are paved paths to walk, ride bikes, or even walk your dog. There is a lagoon, however it is often nearly completely filled with lily pads and therefore much of the water is not visible. Of course there are ample green spaces to have a picnic or play sports. There are soccer fields and basketball courts. There are also ranchos with grills where you can prepare food. There are playgrounds for little ones, bathrooms, and food vendors.
