About: A unique experience for the more adventurous travelers, this is an overnight guided hike through the mountains between La Fortuna and Monteverde. There is a rustic cabin about halfway through where you will spend the night and have dinner and breakfast the following morning. There is a shower at the cabin. The last part of the hike out you can do on foot or on horseback. They will take your luggage by car to Monteverde to meet you there, so you can spend some time there as well. This is the perfect way to get from one city to another while having a unique experience overnight in the Costa Rican rainforest, especially if you didn’t rent a car.
