Rio Agrio Waterfalls

Posted on September 22, 2024July 17, 2024 by Ultimate Guide

About: One of many properties with waterfalls in the Bajos del Toro region, this is the place to choose if you have small kids because of their unique “Dinoland” attraction. This is a special area along the route to the main waterfall where they have several large, realistic dinosaur models, some of which are animatronic. The dinosaurs are marked with informational signs and are placed among the trails, making you truly feel like you are in Jurassic Park. After walking through Dinoland you will walk along a river and reach a giant waterfall with a natural pool that you can swim in. After the waterfall you can choose to hike up a small hill to a viewpoint that has a colorful wings structure for taking pictures. In addition, there is another location up the road that you can take their transportation to for a small fee to visit a river with more pools for swimming in. There is a restaurant, bathrooms, and showers.
