Rio Machuca

Posted on August 27, 2024July 25, 2024 by Ultimate Guide

About: This is a very popular river with locals that can get very crowded on weekends and especially on holidays. There are many spots along the river to set up camp and enjoy the natural pools, so you can go either up or down the river to find your perfect spot. There is a part of the river with natural clay that you can use to put on your face or body for a “spa treatment”. Bring food for a picnic so that you don’t have to leave once you arrive for the day.
