Ujarras Ruins

About: A popular destination among locals and tourists for a relaxing day in the Orosi Valley, these ruins of an old colonial Spanish church are surrounded by a large green space which are perfect for picnics. There is also a playground, a small stream some like to dip their feet in, and a food stall.

What to wear and bring: Comfortable clothes, walking or hiking shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, hat, sunglasses, umbrella, camera, backpack, water, snacks, pack lunch

Tips: This is a nice stop on a road trip through the Orosi Valley on the loop of Route 224. Definitely bring some food to enjoy a picnic on the grounds.
