Langosta Beach

Posted on April 16, 2026April 23, 2025 by Ultimate Guide

About: This is the sister beach to Tamarindo Beach. It is smaller, quieter, and less crowded. It is the perfect beach for watching the sunset away from the crowds and noise. It is not as popular for swimming or surfing. There are a lot of rocks and the waves and currents can be strong. It can be reached by walking south from Tamarindo Beach and crossing at low tide. Alternatively, you can park in the neighborhood behind the beach and find an access trail between the houses to walk down to the beach. Parking can be hard to find on busy weekends or holidays.
